Our timing could have been better. Between the dot.com bust and the terrible aftermath following 9/11, many recruiters were forced to close their doors. Had it not been for the many relationships we had established over the preceding years we would not have gotten off the ground, much less survived.
Those relationships have not only sustained us during difficult economic times, they have been the key to our success.
Rather than try to be all things to all people. we developed strength by staying singularly focused on IT in those industries we've grown to know well: Retail, Media, Financial Services, BioTech, Consumer Package Goods and Non-Profit.
