"Francie has always been a true professional, yet adds a small personal touch that makes me feel she is truly looking out for my best interest."

Francie Maguire, Senior Executive Recruiter

Francie joined The Connors Group in September 2004, and has played a key role in expanding the Retail/Apparel practice. Francie’s prior experience as a Human Resources Business Partner for Coach gives her a tremendous advantage of understanding the inner workings of a large organization, and what they expect from a Recruiting company.

Building long lasting relationships and a commitment to do her best for every client  and candidate is what makes Francie successful.   She loves what she does and it is very apparent to those she works with.  Her network of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and POS professionals in the Retail/Apparel sector is vast, and she fully understands these hard to find skills.

Francie has 15 years experience in Human Resources and Recruiting.  She started her career as a Technical Recruiter in the San Francisco Bay Area prior to moving to New York.   There, she worked for such companies as Levi’s, Post Communications and Ninth House Networks.  As Talent Acquisition Manager at Ninth House, she oversaw the recruitment for the entire company as well as overseeing Sales/Marketing, Creative, Technical and all executive level searches.  With her recruitment strategies and personal approach, Francie helped grow the company 300% in 1 year.

Francie holds a BS in International Trade and Development from the University of California at Davis.  She also studied Spanish Language and Culture at the Universidad Compultense de Madrid, Spain.

Francies philosophy is "Ninety-eight percent of all fears are unfounded, Let go of your fears, believe in your mission, and your path will unfold". She believes in living life to the fullest and appreciating the simple things. She loves to spend time with her family,  hiking and taking bike rides in Central Park.  She also enjoys, yoga, reading, painting and the study of design and architecture.  She has a thirst for travel and hopes to pass that on to her children.

"Francie has extremely high ethical standards. She gains a deep understanding of the requirements and operates with the best interests of both the client and the prospective applicant in mind. I look forward to working with her in the future."
