Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 3-5 years of experience in retail or CPG who combines strong analytical depth with business acumen. This role requires someone detail-oriented and thorough who can analyze complex data, partner with stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and drive commercial decisions.
Build and deploy predictive/statistical models using Python and SQL (BigQuery).
Develop and operationalize workflows in Dataiku (Data Haiku).
Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and present insights clearly.
Collaborate with engineering and BI teams to productionize models and reporting.
Qualifications
3-5 years of Data Science experience.
Background in retail or CPG strongly preferred.
Strong Python, SQL (BigQuery), and Dataiku expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience bridging data science, engineering, and BI is a plus.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a collaborative, in-office environment.
