Role Description:
- Conceptualize, design, and animate digital content including landing pages, website banners, social media posts, emails, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs meet specifications.
- Create visually appealing and effective designs in line with the brand message.
- Develop creative directions for projects, aligning designs with brand guidelines.
- Support the Marketing and Social Media teams with templates, video clips, and resizing tasks.
- Stay updated on design and animation trends and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- Work with external vendors and agencies when necessary.
- Contribute to the evolution of visual brand guidelines.
- Help with creative direction for lifestyle photoshoots and video shoots.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design and animation, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and animation skills.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Florida, or future remote properties
