Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced VP IT to oversee all the IT (Information Technology) functions for NA. This individual should have high analytical capabilities and a strong understanding of Retail, Wholesale, and eCommerce business flows. This position will be responsible for a team of IT team members and manage the  NA technology, operations, and implementation of new IT systems and policies.

The goal of this North American position is to ensure that the local IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time, and specifications of the Brand in partnership with our Paris Headquarter IT team.



  • Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  • Support local aspects of the business supply chain (Inventory, flows, warehouse, web)
  • Build and maintain efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
  • Take ownership of critical implementation projects and system integration
  • Facilitate the interaction between end-users and higher-level support
  • Develop protocols for the use of IT/IS across departments and projects.
  • Organize issue gathering & priorities, troubleshooting, and remediation.



  • 10 years of experience in in managing an IT infrastructure with multiple application systems including implementation and project coordination or other relevant position.
  • Experience with Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Omnichannel, Drop-ship concepts, Workflow & Models.
  • Functional knowledge of Project Management Tools
  • Functional knowledge of Service Desk tools
  • Highly efficient in Microsoft Cloud Solutions (365, Teams, Exchange, Azure) including VBA/Macros.
  • Familiar with ETL / Interfaces concepts, SQL & databases, reporting & dashboards.
  • Good practical experience of managing IT systems and applications, troubleshooting, and resolving issues using JIRA and Atlassian suite.
  • Experience working with most of the following systems: Colombus POS (Y2) & ERP (M3) Infor Cloud Suite, KWI POS, SPS EDI Joor, Magento, CRM, Various data-centric vendor portals


Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience managing a high volume of tasks with different timelines and stakeholders
  • Exceptional experience with customer engagement in written and verbal communication
  • Display extensive organization skills and methodology in task management
  • Experience in adapting to an evolving organization and changes in priority
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers at various levels
  • Demonstrated experience meeting tight deadlines
