Assist VP of Marketing in the coordination and execution of marketing and brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools
- Reach out to brands to get weekly updated content for social and news section in website
- Engages with brands to collect employee UGC to post on social
- Owner of content calendar & quarterly newsletter content
- email marketing for branded deployment
- Social media posting to LinkedIn and Facebook
- Oversees and handles monthly/quarterly content refresh execution across all location touchpoints
- Executes on any branded requests for office, business development decks, etc.
- Assists VP Marketing on creating and maintaining company decks based on need ie: recruiting, business development, etc.
- Assists VP Marketing to ensure there is one consistent look and tone across all touch points
- Social posting on FB and LI on behalf of all brands
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
- Facilitating marketing materials and digital assets for all company and partner requests
- Manage and route press releases
- Light creative design for HR recruiting needs and general marketing needs
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social
- media marketing
- Experience developing business decks
- Experience with research
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship
- management (CRM) tools
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
