This is a fully remote role in the USA and we can only consider W2 candidates that do not require sponsorship.
Reporting to the VP of IT, seeking a Data Architect who will be responsible for mapping the data architecture, curating the data, and building the data warehouse for an established online retailer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of Information Architecture experience in a company with manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, and/or eCommerce.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure Data Factory preferred)
- Expertise in SQL and ELT/ETL processes
- Experience with Power BI and NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Experience working with businesses user to align business needs with architecture
- Experience working with scripting languages (Python preferred), including working with API’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with M&A activities resulting in assessing, consolidating and sunsetting various technologies and systems.
- Prior experience in a high-growth small to midsize company
- Prior experience in B2C Retail, eCommerce environments
