The Vision (What You’ll Do):
Join a team of 5 to provide application support for Planning, Forecasting, and Merchandising – RMS
Support a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and closing the loop with them
Eventually totally own an application, and proactively find solutions for it
The Vibe (What You’ll Bring):
Experience working with Accenture, with the ability to know what can be done and how long tasks will take
Strong base knowledge and technical skills, including SQL
The perspective to work in the weeds while keeping an eye on the forest
Extensive troubleshooting skills and the ability to find the root cause of a problem
UAT testing and validation expertise is a huge plus!
