This position is responsible for the developing desktop and mobile experiences. It requires the project management of website content using Content Management System (CMS) software and working with the design team to provide a user-friendly experience. Daily tasks include:
- Single-threaded ownership of merchandising on homepages and key landing pages, in partnership with Brand merchants
- Driving all day-to-day web content publishing, content management, A/B testing for messaging and template management, including home pages.
- Key point of contact for all content publishing, digital campaign launches, upgrades to the ecommerce platform; responsible for adding new pages or updating existing via our CMS software and managing asset library, naming conventions, product categories, and landing pages across the entire site.
- Understanding and prioritizing projects for the Business that add value and drives conversion, communicate the same across the entire Marketing team.
- Collaborating with designers and support internal/agency resources for successful upgrade or maintenance of the website, including redesigns.
- Understanding the back-end systems of web management and CMS tools, particularly with alt tags, SEO, menus, and URL testing.
Responsibilities:
- Design/Develop/Implement
- Design wireframes, site map, mockups and prototype for website and mobile app for new and redesign phases.
- Partner with web development agency on functionality solutions.
- Perform image manipulation tasks such as creating thumbnails, image resize, file format conversion and simple image edits.
- Research best-in-class functionality and tools that will enhance the customer experience.
- Identify, execute, measure, implement, and iterate relevant A/B tests across multiple channels.
- Conduct seasonal competitive analyses to ensure our brands are leading our peer group in UX, site performance, & functionality
- Troubleshoot landing pages
- QA category & collection landing pages
- Troubleshoot promo codes
- Creation, publishing, & hygiene of collection pages
- Maintain automated promo codes for email conversations
- Promo code execution
- Project Management & Analysis
- Project management: site initiatives, features & functionality.
- Content management: upload/download and schedule content & site refreshes.
- Work with multiple departments to maintain adherence to tight deadlines.
- Proactively identify areas of the website where opportunity for improvement exists.
- Leverage Google Analytics to ensure optimal results in traffic and conversion.
- Create and maintain multimedia library.
- Multi-task multiple projects at once and constantly reprioritize tasks.
- Work overtime as needed often nights and weekends during peak traffic.
Essential Qualifications:
- BS/BA with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a high-volume marketing operations role with a track record of delivering business results.
- 1+ years of experience working with HTML and CSS.
- Be a systems thinker, to be able to juggle long-term and short-term projects to deliver fast, efficient operations of our main website.
- Well versed with CMS platforms including Craft, Magento, WordPress and others.
- Passion for delivering exceptional web experiences with an intuitive sense on translating business requirements into technical/functional requirements.
- Be a true team player, with ability to project manage web and content development projects.
- Take pride in being the end of the design process and QA all work going in and out.

Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)

- We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
