The role:
You will be responsible for managing the Customer Service and Order Management
operations in our Retailer Operational Services department.
What you’ll do:
• Plan, direct and evaluate all operational aspects of customer service and order management
• Plan and coordinate order processing priorities with the warehouse and shipping department
• Explain company policies and procedures to staff and facilitate their implementation
• Manage the development, testing and rollout of all Customer Service system related changes
• Hire and coordinate training of customer service staff in all phases of department operations
(order management, customer service and conflict resolution)
You have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Supply Chain
Management
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
• Experience in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, program formulas, data analysis tool pack, etc.)
• Excellent soft skills: demonstrating sympathy to technical issues and system challenges
• Strong managerial skills
Estimated compensation: around $90,000 annually
