The Vision (What You’ll Do):
Develop creative briefs and manage end-to-end creative production and workflow, including concept planning, identifying content creators, providing UGC briefs to both content creators and internal editing teams, and monitoring ad performance
Drive paid social strategy, brand messaging, and creative content strategy across the organization
Support 4 renowned beauty brands, with more to come!
The Vibe (What You’ll Bring):
Proven success creating content that was created for paid ads; specifically, that drove ROAS (return on ad spend), hook rates, hold rates, CTR, and conversions
The strong communication skills needed to work across all channels with multiple stakeholders
A self-motivated and positive attitude
Beauty, fashion, or CPG industry experience
An analytical mindset and an eye for detail
