- Experience developing enterprise class integrations between on-premises and cloud applications (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to cloud, and cloud-to-cloud)
- Experience building integrations using iPaaS solutions like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Jitterbit and SnapLogic
- Proven ability to design and optimize application and data integration processes across disparate systems
- Practical experience implementing services-oriented architecture design and enabling technologies including messaging, XML, JSON, web services, and HTTP
- Experience with Cloud and Software-as-a-Service paradigm and enabling technologies
- General knowledge of common business systems (CRM, SFA, ERP)
- Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies & standards
- Strong knowledge of API based integration and micro services design patterns & best practices
- Strong experience in the Application Integration Architecture, Solution Design, Development using SOA/EAI solutions, and fluency in web service standards such as WSSE and technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, REST) is a must
- Demonstrated experience implementing Middleware architecture, rules engine, caching, etc.
- Deep understanding of Synchronous / Asynchronous communication patterns and Problem-solving abilities (Message Sequencing, Correlation, Queuing)
- Knowledge of ETL tools and techniques and high-volume data integration load
- Good understanding of relational databases
- Experience working with different adaptors and JMS queues required
- Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring for end-to-end flow execution
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients with result-oriented attitude
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
