The Location Intelligence Director is responsible for engaging directly with prospective clients to understand their needs, diagnose problems, and partner with other Consulting professionals to scope and deliver on Location Intelligence focused solutions. core consulting disciplines – from location strategy and portfolio strategy to talent planning and occupancy modelling– and a passion for solving complex and often ambiguous, client challenges.
This leader will work directly with clients, brokers and accounts to drive top line revenue, and will work closely with other GIS professionals, domain experts and engagement managers, who are focused on delivering consulting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and leads team members in creating advanced, complex, and highly specialized, web-based, location intelligence deliverables, using a combination of analytic, programming, data management, and graphic design skills.
- Investigates and evaluates data for strategic utilization. Works with Data Management team to determine data quality standards and defines scope for data usage for projects. May investigate new data, establish and improve workflows, create templates, and build deliverables.
Essential Skills:
- Mastery in the ArcGIS Suite, the Adobe Creative Suite and/or the specific software required for their team and/or area of focus.
- Comfort working with Python and front-end development environments using CSS and JavaScript
- libraries also preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products
