The Director, Omnichannel Insights and Analytics will design, develop and implement omnichannel measurement and optimization frameworks to support the optimization of all Paid, Owned, and Earned Channels.
This includes: website analytics, paid search, paid social, SEO, email and SMS marketing, site merchandising analytics including user journey optimization, and omnichannel CRM analytics including advanced segmentation, cohort and RFM analysis, and Persona development.
The role will share out data and insights to drive E-Commerce and Retail strategies.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and implement omnichannel measurement and optimization frameworks to support the digital marketing effectiveness of all Paid, Owned and Earned Media channels.
Develop new analytical frameworks, data science techniques, and predictive analytics to better understand our campaign performance, customer behavior, and omnichannel opportunity, as well as the impact of our marketing investments, including attribution, churn prediction, lifetime value modeling, experiment methodology, and segmentation.
Form actionable recommendations; analyze data to derive new insights that elevate customer experience and support Omnichannel initiatives.
Support Digital team in the creation and analysis of the Site, Performance marketing and CRM A/B Testing Roadmap.
Establish best practices in digital investment KPI frameworks.
Establish analytic processes to continuously monitor and measure digital campaign performance (effectiveness and optimization) across brands and markets.
Establish and maintain one omnichannel dashboard, including overseeing necessary data ingestion and integration.
Implement and promote analytics best practices and a cohesive, standardized approach.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and 7 years’ experience in a Business Intelligence field
Experience with Analytics and data visualization programs including PowerBI, Tableau
Ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
