Retailer.com is one of the most strategic business units for the company. The Digital Account Senior Manager will drive sales through strategizing and implementing best in class digital plans focused on acquisition, traffic and conversion to meet / exceed sales targets.
What you’ll do:
• Drive retailer.com sales through strategizing and implementing trade initiatives focused on acquisition, traffic and conversion to meet / exceed sales targets.
• Be a key point person for retailer.com merchants, cultivating strong relationships to maximize brand visibility by negotiating placements and being at the forefront to test new levers.
• Lead business analysis across all retailer.com’s to develop strategic insights and action plans. Evaluate ROI and present findings regularly to management.
• Strategize and develop robust 360 marketing plans for newness and key pillars to successfully meet goals (digital media, social, email, sampling, promotions).
• Lead sample strategy across all accounts from ideation and forecasting to implementation analysis.
• Identify digital media / coop plan in partnership with performance media team, strategizing and analyzing results to drive qualified traffic and meet conversion goals.
You have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years in sales or marketing with a focus on retailer websites
• Previous experience in beauty is a plus
• Must demonstrate understanding of digital commerce and retail marketing levers
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations based on analysis
• Understanding of ROI used to impact future planning
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
