Electronic Medical Records (EMR) – Systems and Related Activities
- Maintain and support Practice Management System and EMR
- Legacy system Accumed (from Accumedic)
- Add/configure EMR users and providers (add to appropriate rate class and selection groups)
- Format and Import signature files
- Add referral sources and referring providers
- Add/modify procedure codes and services
- Add/modify ICD-10 diagnosis codes
- Add payors (to all services)
- Create/append EMR user guide
- New system Medics Premier (from ADS)
- Add/delete operators
- Add/modify group security settings
- Add/modify/delete providers
- Restrict provider to their schedule
- Add EMR users
- Map operators to EMR users
- Add locations
- Add referring providers/attorneys/employer codes
- Create template definitions: block codes, template codes and resource codes
- Add/modify B-pricing table for various fees and fee enhancements (1B).

- Clinician onboarding
- Train new providers
- Document / Form Creation and Modification:
- Format clinicians’ signatures for EMR, all associated forms and HMR Word Template
- Create/update fillable and non-fillable forms (intake forms, patient evaluation forms, etc.)
- Customize clinician template for billing sheets, Injury on Duty Forms, Expense Sheets
- Create and modify fillable TPAR/CPAR PDFs
- Create and modify fillable testing forms (BDI, BHS, BAI, PTSD scale)
- Create and send HTML/text e-blasts
- Document / Form Creation and Modification:
- Train new providers
Serve as lead person for the Accumedic to ADS Data Conversion Project
- Project components include:
- Accumedic team (legacy system)
- ADS team (new system)
- Makira (data conversion)
- Inphonite (Appointment Reminder system)
- MDHInsight – Extract progress/cogrehab notes and notes to chart from Accumed database to PDF files.
- Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities, schedules, and deliverables of all parties to the project
- Run SQL queries and send results to Makira for conversion; then send Makira’s output files to ADS for consumption.
- All key team contacts to be provided
Maintain various internal databases
- Business Network Config and Accounts Spreadsheet
- Software licenses (Windows Server 2012 and 2019, Office 365,MS SQL, PDF Xchange Editor, Dragon Dictate, Ex05)
- Providers WCB auth# and license#
- Maintain database of office addresses/contact info (Cheat Sheet)
- Maintain database of provider details/schedules (Cheat Sheet)
Infrastructure Maintenance and Related Support Activities
- Maintain the servers and other hardware environments
- Setup, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot: (Daniel currently assists or can assist with highlighted items)
- Train and Enforce IT Security / Cybersecurity Policies
- Use of complex passwords
- Sign out of Windows when stepping away from their desk
- Avoid opening suspicious email and reporting them to IT
- Create, manage, maintain accounts, and submit support requests for various platforms
Maintain, modify and troubleshoot all internal data processes and related systems/hardware
- Serve as the business’s first level of support for all IT related issues
- Escalate to various service providers as needed
Serve as “back up” for Miscellaneous HR and related activities
Estimated Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Per Year
