Now, we’re looking to expand our marketing team of superstars to include a talented Paid Marketing  Manager who will work hand in hand with our lean-yet-supreme creative team to take our brand awareness to the next level!  The paid marketing manager will be responsible for the execution, analysis, and on-going optimization of The Brand’s online paid digital marketing programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hand-on manage various digital paid channels to drive website traffic; achieve a targeted ROI for all Ads spend on a daily basis
  • Hand-on manage and execute all aspect of digital marketing including SEM, Display, Paid Social, Paid Video, and context marketing
  • Responsible for the analysis of our PPC, Paid social, display and other web based marketing programs
  • Institute KPIs to measure success of campaigns and leverage targeting and optimization strategies to make a measurable impact
  • Google Ads: Research/develop keywords, create and test ad copy, bid management of PPC campaigns as well as analyze PPC campaign data and optimize accordingly utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return
  • Facebook Ads: develop top of funnel, mid funnel and bottom of funnel strategy.  Write, create and execute campaigns. 
  • Strong expertise with Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other performance advertising platforms, as well as other tools and services in the mobile environment will be needed from day one
  • Strong expertise in ad and campaign A/B testing such as but not limited to creative, copy, destination.
  • Strong understanding of landing page and lead generation strategies
  • Responsible for optimization and bid management of all campaigns to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Crunch data and deliver reports and summaries in a timely manner with clear-cut communication, including market, economic, competitive, consumer, and shopper insights
  • Develop and recommend appropriate campaign strategies during the IO process, bringing insights from forecasting and past performance experience
  • Work with cross functional teams to drive conversions and new customer acquisition via direct marketing channels, social media and community outreach
  • Support directing online marketing activities, resulting in increased visitors who are likely to become qualified leads and online sales
  • Develop online marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic to online resulting in sales and customer acquisition
  • Researching/piloting new digital channels to position brand as a leader in the online/digital marketing arena
  • Accountable for meeting new customer, revenue, and margin goals, while managing a marketing budget efficiently
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of marketing budget and invoicing process, maintaining reports that communicate estimated spend and invoiced to date as well as committed by month and quarter
  • Partner with 3rd party data providers to define strategy for customer modeling and prospecting campaigns
  • Keep abreast of the latest SEM, Display and Paid Social industry information, trends and opportunities



Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5-7 years in retail or hospitality or agency experience required
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience required
  • Analytic and quantitative skills, specifically mobile marketing metrics are preferred;
  • Financially savvy and skilled in reporting on all KPIs, marketing performance, user behavior, shopping flows, channels, marketing tests and uncovering insights which provide a better understanding our customer in order to improve traffic, conversion and financial results
  • Solid understanding of media landscape as well as SEM/Display/Paid Social that can elevate brand/product discovery/engagement
  • Direct marketing experience with online display advertising, content marketing, social/community marketing, affiliate marketing, email, website analytics and website conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA)
  • Experience managing an online agency
  • Experience with multi-channel Attribution Modeling
  • Hands on experience using Google Analytics required
  • Knowledge of the Programmatic Advertising opportunity and competitive category preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Digital Advertising Industry (desktop, mobile, social, native, video)
  • Experience writing/reviewing persuasive search friendly content to drive traffic
  • Experience with Multi-Channel marketing  
  • Extremely driven and curious self-starter who can consistently uncover areas for improvement in marketing strategy and tactics and carry through to implementation
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests, work effectively under pressure and under tight timelines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passion to learn and willingness to work hard
Estimated Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
