We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with experience in Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support to end-users, manage the service desk team, and optimize the use of our cloud-based systems.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and cloud-based systems
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing training and assistance with the use of software and applications
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and data backup and restoration procedures
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems
• Manage service desk team to establish customer service first culture and monitor critical to success KPIs
• Manage user accounts and permissions, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
• Work with IT vendors and service providers to identify and procure new equipment and solutions to guarantee service timelines are met
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure and cloud computing, and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve our systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with focus on Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, cameras, and IOT
• 5+ years of experience building cloud first infrastructure, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system administration
• 1+ years of experience with M&A including the lift and shift from on-premises to cloud and O365 migrations
• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Azure certification is a plus
• Travel Required 30%
