We’re looking to expand our team of superstars to include a talented and passionate Visuals Producer who will work hand in hand with our creative team to ensure all visual content is aligned with our brand’s overall vision and take our property listings and brand imagery to the next level! So, if you

Role Description:

  • Work alongside the Head of Design to create and maintain an identity for our brand through all visuals, including photography and video.
  • Develop guidelines for our photographers, home stagers and furniture installation team. We want everyone on the same page to produce consistent, high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to execute visual concepts for our campaigns, social media, and other marketing needs.
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule home shoots for listings and lifestyle shoots that will make everyone want to pack up and stay with us.
  • Coordinating dates and schedules with operations, photographers, and stagers
  • Maintaining an organized and realistic shoot schedule, while keeping everyone involved informed and on time.

  • Create, manage and ensure team keeps to timelines and schedules both internally and externally
  • Project management
  • Manage our talented team of photographers and home stagers, ensuring that they produce content that meets our brand’s high standards for quality and style.
  • Make selects for our listings and edit down photos from lifestyle shoots. We want to showcase the best features of every home we list, and we trust you to pick the right shots!
  • Keep our home images organized and ready to be uploaded for our listings. Our image library is important for our business.
  • Work with retouchers on edits and resizing.
  • Manage photography/video-related contracts and releases, including model releases.
  • Research local photographers and videographers to bring fresh talent to our team.
  • Keep all our photography equipment in top shape, up to date and accounted for.
  • Jump in as needed to stage properties for shoots
  • Do home inspections to insure homes are shoot ready
  • Notify the operations team when things are missing or broken in homes by putting tickets into Breezeway
  • Set up props, steam linens, ensure home is clean and shoot ready
  • Organize, pack up props neatly, and store them in our storage space (these boxes can be up to 50 lbs)
  • Assist in tasks needed on lifestyle shoots such as setting up props, steaming wardrobe, packing up etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in photography or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a photography-related role, with a proven track record of creating high-quality visual content
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and timelines
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and a passion for travel photography is a plus
