Brand Marketing Manager (On-site 4 days)
Reports to: Directly to Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Location: On-site 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs inclusive)

Role overview:
The Group is growing and is looking for a driven, creative, and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team. This role will help manage and execute brand marketing initiatives and projects for multiple brands under the Company’s Beauty Group, working cross-functionally with influencer marketing, PR, social media and our growth marketing teams to develop campaign strategies that directly align with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns and partnerships from ideation through completion by collaborating with internal teams to drive successful creation execution
  • Create marketing project briefs, including establishing and managing timelines, and work cross-functionally to launch campaigns across all appropriate platforms
  • Continuously identify, source and build professional relationships with on-brand celebrities and brand partners
  • Work closely with brand’s PR agencies on press opportunities, projects and launches
  • Help negotiate and compose contracts for celebrities, influencers and other brand partners
  • Develop concepts for PR mailers and manage the project from beginning to end
  • Help with the planning and production of marketing photoshoots and events
  • Measure and report performance of press and marketing campaigns
  • Actively monitor brand positioning and the competitive landscape to help ideate, build and develop innovative growth strategies and initiatives


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an Associate or Brand Manager
  • Experience with Marketing, PR, and partnerships
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional partners in integrated projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Both a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for beauty
  • A resourceful self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Estimated Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
