Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Set the creative vision and strategy for the Premium Skincare brands ensuring cross channel brand consistency
- Manage and mentor a highly talented creative team to deliver strategically sound creative solutions to meet the business needs of brand marketing, direct marketing and ecommerce, including packaging, in-store merchandising, print, digital campaigns, organic social campaigns plus site activation and third party activations
- Know how to manage through an organization to meet marketing objectives and strategies while adhering to tight deadlines
- Manage the creative process from concept through execution to implementation
- Integrate the latest design trends, best practices, and technical innovations across all platforms
- Bring a creative voice and influence to all aspects of business and culture
- Responsible for consistently executed brand-level creative assets throughout all stages of the project
- Is a strategic thinker who responds well to a highly collaborative environment
Key Elements for Success/ Must Haves:
- BA or BFA Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience working with in-house creative teams and/or agencies – skincare industry experience is a plus
- Great presentation skills, people skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are all key
- Must be highly creative, flexible, innovative, dynamic, passionate, collaborative, and results-focused
- Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment and respond to shifting marketing conditions
