NEW AVP, Self Pay Operations Position
Responsible for the leadership of this Revenue Cycle Management/Self Pay and Call Center Operations area in this healthcare industry client’s growing company.
Key member of Sr. leadership to develop/grow the client base also having significant P&L responsibility
– Lead the development of the strategic and operational plan for Call Center operations. Establish performance metrics and monitor effectiveness of operations.
– Ensure that quality standards are set and monitored company wide.
– 10+ years’ experience managing a complex Call/Customer Contact Center within a service-oriented organization preferably in the healthcare revenue cycle industry.
– Proven expertise in collections/call center infrastructure development and management related to Self Pay receivables management.
– Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline.
