Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain and Data to lead supply chain data analytics and drive global digital transformation. Reporting to the Director of IT Supply Chain, be a key player in optimizing supply chain and inventory management. Important to note: this is a hands on role and will begin as an Individual Contributor.
Your focus is on transforming business processes using data, analytics, and modeling. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management processes and expertise in data and advanced modeling capabilities. Building essential partnerships, both internally and externally, will be vital for achieving the desired change and results. You’ll also align priorities with senior leadership in the US and Japan for global expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Drive supply chain digital transformation through data analytics, process optimization, and technology implementation.
- Enhance business processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and exploring cutting-edge technologies like AI for impactful results.
- Foster cross-regional collaboration and lead technical discussions between global IT headquarters in Tokyo and New York.
- Develop and execute proof-of-concept projects, potentially building dedicated teams for effective implementation.
- Prioritize business impact and transformative change, with a focus on data science.
Requirements:
