Responsibilities
• In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and support the Retail, Wholesale, and Ecommerce business, directly supervise the North, Central, South America (NCSA) projects and support teams, and exhibit hands-on expertise in problem solutions and be involved in test management, knowledge management and knowledge transfer
• Responsible for the managing all SAP and Non-SAP IT Applications in North, Central, and South America region
• Directly manages a team of IT Project Managers, Architecture, Technical and Functional Developers and Consultants
• Collaborate and advice C-Suite leadership team on strategic technical and business initiative
• Escalate and manage risk in the timely manner
• Leads Projects and Enhancements in the following SAP modules: SAP IS-Retail, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, SAP Apparel & Footwear Solutions (AFS), Order Management, SAP Process Orchestration (PI/ PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP S/4 HANA, of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP CAR, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and integrations between these systems
• Accountable for implementation of EDI onboarding projects; defines and documents project scopes, deliverables, testing, training, and scheduling
• Provide customer service focused Production Support and analysis for the entire region
• Production support would specifically include supporting Retail, Wholesales, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution, Shipping and Logistics, EDI, Finance/Accounting applications to ensure the system process/flows for our various business channels are in operation appropriately, stakeholder management, issue analysis, developing solution options for new business requirements, orchestrate service activities, root cause analysis, handle escalations and preparation of documentation (Knowledge Base articles)
• Serve as liaison between Global IT, business stakeholder, business customer, and partner teams in requirement gathering, development, testing, go-live, training, deliver timely and expert insight on resolving issues in the above mentioned SAP modules; Ability to explain and translate system set up for all business models
• Collaboration management; organize and coordinate the cooperation between regional business and global IT teams
• Continuous refreshment and expansion of your own know-how in the defined area of responsibilities
• Train operational specialist regarding – release upgrades, continues improvements, new tools and functions
• Establish and advocate understanding of business processes, internal controls and compliance risk management, and related standards and best practices
Qualifications
• Minimum of 15 years of technical hands on experience in supporting two or more of the following SAP modules: SAP IS-Retail, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, SAP Apparel & Footwear Solutions (AFS), Order Management, SAP Process Orchestration (PI/ PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP S/4 HANA, EDI business processes and workflows is required
• Minimum of 5 years of business experience at Director level or above supporting SAP and Non-SAP IT Applications in Retail and Wholesale business or similar business is required
• Working knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and integrations between the above mentioned systems and SAP ECC is required
• Minimum of Master’s degree in computer science and Business Administration from an accredited college or university (or a similar education) is required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in interacting with C-Suite executives, presenting and advising on strategic IT and business initiatives
• Minimum of 5 years of Project and Program management experience manage complex global implementation and migration projects including budget management, risk management, and resource management
• Minimum of 3 years of enterprise architecture experience providing architectural advise and direction to the technical and business teams
• 10 years of SAP PI/ PO technical experience in integrations between SAP and Non-SAP applications using SeeBurger EDI, IDoc, ALE, RFC, CIF, XML, CSV, etc
• 5 years of experience in onboarding retail customers as EDI trading partner using X12 and EDIFACT message types and proven record of handling chargeback related issues
• 5 years of IT Service Management experience in IT operations, orchestrating service activities, conducting analysis of daily problems for trends, identifying potential risks, developing, communicating, and implementing mitigation plans to minimize risk
• Minimum of five full cycle SAP ECC implementation and at least one cycle of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration experience in required
• One of more of Project Management and/ or enterprise architecture related certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, and TOGAF is required
• One of more of SAP certification (technical or functional) is a required
• Excellent leadership skills to manage a team of up to 5 direct reports
• Excellent collaboration skills with global team
