Marketing Coordinator (Onsite)

A world-renowned luxury brand that has been designing and crafting fine jewelry for over four decades is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an onsite role in the Glendale CA office.

This is in an exciting period of growth and we are looking to add to our marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to ensure the timely and effective completion of a variety of marketing projects as well as customer
• Facilitate the creation and delivery of marketing assets (such as print ads, billboards, email, other digital)
by coordinating closely with graphic design resources, salespeople, printers and retailers
• Support logistics of projects and partnerships with celebrities, influencers, brands and other high
visibility relationships
• Provide service to ecommerce/website customers via email, online chat and phone
• Maintain marketing calendar, organize/traffic marketing assets, create meeting agendas/reports, and
ensure clear communication between internal departments and external agencies
• Develop and implement organized workflows to keep multiple marketing projects on track and
completed on time
• Assist in maintenance of Shopify websites and apps
• Contribute creatively to marketing discussions about ongoing and future tactics/strategy
• Continuously build industry and product knowledge; stay up-to-date on competitors and trends
• Take on ad hoc projects as needed
Who You Are
• Four-year degree in Marketing (or related field)
• Experience working for a brand with a significant female demographic a plus
• Experience in customer service and/or other direct customer communication a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated success in multitasking, organization, prioritization and project coordination
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools a plus
• Shopify experience a plus
• Ability to manage many projects at once and meet deadlines
• Genuine passion for luxury, fashion and apparel categories

Estimated Compensation: $60,000 Per Year
