The Associate Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between systems and our users.  They are expected to become subject matter experts on the tools and systems our business relies on.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone to leverage what they know, be exposed to an entire business and be a part of a growing company. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn, develop, and maintain system documentation including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other support materials to assist end-users in effectively utilizing the applications.
  • Respond to end-user requests and issues related to software applications, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Help project manage and assist in the planning, testing, and implementation of application changes, including deployments, migrations, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address application-related issues, enhancement requests, and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate users on application features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Understand complex problems.  Ask questions and help brainstorm solutions.  Adept at troubleshooting issues beyond routine tasks, showing an ability to think critically and adapt to new challenges. Help with decision-making and improving business processes and tools.
  • Assist in monitoring and alerting of key systems (automating where possible) and communicating with users when there is downtime and the impact of system issues. 
  • Testing and Implementation:  Coordinate testing efforts to identify and resolve system issues. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure successful implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Experience using CGS Blue Cherry
  • – Exposure and high-level understanding of EDI.
  • – Proficient in database models and systems integration
  • – Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at various levels within an organization.
  • – Knowledge of business process and systems documentation
Estimated Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Per Year
