Our ideal EDI Coordinator/Specialist has a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals, strong communication skills, organizational skills, follow through, and initiative. They will be relied upon to build and grow productive relationships internally, externally, and cross functionally to achieve goals in the most efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Able to analyze and resolve production issues.
  • Able to work on process analysis, testing and integration, and system tasks/activities
  • Collaborate with vendors, trading partners, and internal functional teams to define EDI requirements
  • EDI transmission verification and reconciliation and the ability to PROCESS EDI 850, 860, 856, 940, 945, 810, 832, 943, and 944 documents.
  • Troubleshoot systems and tracks and resolve EDI Issues through the maintenance of transactions and/or master data in BlueCherry
  • Monitor daily EDI operations and performance
  • Communicates with Van, Inovis, GXS, and CGS Blue Cherry system in case of any problems
  • Experience with large clients such as Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Burlington, as well as mid-tier, dept store, and dropship B2C/retail marketplaces.
  • Experience with managing 3PL partnerships.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of related experience required (EDI experience in wholesale manufacturing, testing)
  • 2+ years of related experience in BlueCherry (EDI transaction management and processing)
  • Candidate MUST be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Candidate must work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to set goals and develop realistic work plans and schedules to achieve.
  • Self-starter – proactive, able to work well independently AND work productively in a team environ

Estimated Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 Per Year
