Job Summary
- Core Responsibilities: Direct and manage the entire testing, safety, and compliance process across all operations.
- Team Leadership: Manage a direct reporting team of 6 employees within the department.
- Retail Partner Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to strict compliance rules, safety standards, and factory regulations for major retailers including Disney, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Costco, Sam’s Club, Aldi, and The Children’s Place.
- Audit & Testing Management: Oversee all factory compliance audits, safety inspections, testing reporting, and social audit monitoring.
- Systems Utilization: Direct the management of various specialized retailer compliance systems and internal ERP software (AMT).
Must-Have Skills & Attributes
- Extensive, specialized experience within the children’s apparel / kids wear industry.
- Deep functional knowledge of major retailer vendor requirements (specifically Walmart rules and Disney standards).
- Proven track record managing factory social audits, product safety testing, and global supply chain compliance.
- Proficiency with industry-specific ERP software (AMT) and retailer vendor portals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, family-owned business culture rather than a corporate environment.
Estimated Compensation: $200,000 - $275,000 Per Year
