We are seeking an experienced EDI Integration Specialist with deep expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to join our technology-driven supply chain trading company. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and business sides of EDI, with a strong background in retail and e-commerce integrations and a solid grasp of supply chain and logistics processes. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development & Business Analysis
Lead the design and implementation of B2B integrations using IBM Sterling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze EDI and business process requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
Conduct unit and integration testing.
Production Support
Monitor transaction flows and resolve EDI transaction failures.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support.
Onboard and test new trading partners.
System Administration
Configure and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.
Support OIC-based integrations as needed.
Ensure system health, upgrades, and compliance.
Architecture & Standards
Define and implement EDI standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Deep understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML Papinet).
Retail EDI experience is required (850, 856, 810, 940, 944, 945).
Familiarity with logistics EDI (204, 210, 214, 310).
Proficiency in AS2, SFTP, SQL, and Linux/Unix.
Strong communication and business analysis skills.
