We are seeking an experienced EDI Integration Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support our expanding portfolio of retail and e-commerce integration projects. This role demands a strong understanding of business processes—particularly in supply chain and logistics—and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development & Business Analysis
Design and implement B2B integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
Gather and analyze EDI and business process requirements with stakeholders.
Develop, configure, and maintain integration workflows and APIs.
Conduct unit and end-to-end testing and validation of integrations.
Production Support
Support existing OIC-based integrations and troubleshoot EDI transaction issues.
Onboard and test new trading partners.
Utilize ticketing systems for tracking and resolving issues.
System Administration
Manage and maintain OIC environments.
Provide support for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator as needed.
Monitor system performance, apply upgrades, and ensure compliance.
Architecture & Standards
Define and promote best practices and standards for integrations.
Collaborate across teams to design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Working knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator is a strong plus.
Proficiency with EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, Papinet.
Retail EDI expertise is required (e.g., 850, 856, 810, 940, 944, 945).
Familiarity with logistics EDI formats (e.g., 204, 210, 214, 310).
Experience with AS2, SFTP, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and business process analysis skills.
