We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP System Administrator to join our team. This role will focus heavily on managing and supporting our ERP platform, with particular emphasis on EDI integrations and processing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and cross-functional collaboration with business and IT teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience administering ERP systems in consumer goods, or manufacturing environment. Hands-on knowledge of Exenta or Blue Cherry is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support the company’s ERP system, ensuring smooth daily operation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all EDI integrations, including mapping, setup, and troubleshooting across trading partners
  • Oversee and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionality, including inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, and barcode scanning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, supply chain, customer service) to support ERP-driven business processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, escalate to vendor support when necessary
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, training, and documentation
  • Analyze business needs and recommend ERP enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Create and manage reports using embedded reporting tools
  • Maintain data integrity, user roles, and security protocols
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in ERP administration, preferably in consumer goods
  • Strong working knowledge of EDI systems and protocols (ANSI X12, AS2, FTP, VANs, etc.)
  • Experience configuring and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Hands-on experience with Exenta or Blue Cherry ERP highly preferred
  • Familiarity with EDI tools such as SPS Commerce, B2B Gateway, or similar
  • Solid understanding of inventory, order management, and production workflows
  • Proficiency in SQL and ERP reporting tools a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution environment
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of PLM or SFC systems within the ERP landscape
Estimated Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 Per Year
