We’re seeking a hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to lead day to day marketing efforts across both digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a strong marketer ready to take the next step and own strategy and execution in a visible, high-impact position.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Lead campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), as well as print advertising, in-store signage, and promotional initiatives
Drive SEO and website optimization efforts (Google Analytics, WordPress, marketing automation tools)
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data-driven insights
Oversee creative development across digital and traditional materials to ensure brand consistency
Partner with Sales and Product teams to support growth and lead generation initiatives
Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation
Conduct market research to inform strategy and positioning
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in digital, B2B, performance, and traditional marketing (print, signage, promotions)
Strong understanding of integrated advertising strategies across online and offline platforms
Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and automation tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and basic HTML
A data-driven mindset with the ability to execute and lead initiatives
