Our client, a leading REIT, is seeking a strategic, hands-on operations leader to oversee their technology team. This critical role leads 15 professionals across premises security, OT networks, AV, and software development, driving operational excellence across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, organize, and optimize a cross-functional team (premises security, OT networks, AV, and software/QA).
Partner with senior leadership to define standards, goals, and operational strategy.
Ensure proactive troubleshooting, process improvement, and accountability across all operations.
Serve as a liaison between team, tenants, vendors, and executive management.
