The Sr. Manager, eCommerce Growth & Enablement (Retailer.com) will drive the strategy and execution of walmart.com enablement initiatives for the brand. This role supports the omnichannel sales organization by building scalable Ecommerce processes, optimizing product performance, and delivering insights that accelerate growth across key retailer.com partners.
The Sr. Manager will focus on ensuring operational readiness, digital excellence, and flawless execution across the brand portfolio — enabling the business to thrive in an increasingly digital-first marketplace.
This position can be based in Bentonville, AR, or Stamford, CT.
Must have Walmart and CPG experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Retail.com Strategy
- Partner with the sales organization to develop and execute growth strategies for the brand on walmart.com.
- Enable sales teams with tools, templates, and resources to enhance retailer partnerships and account performance.
- Partner with the Director, Retail.com, aligning brand objectives and product priorities.
Ecommerce Platform Optimization
- Oversee optimization of product listings (titles, descriptions, imagery, A+ content) to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate with creative and brand teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling digital storytelling across platforms.
Growth & Scalability Initiatives
- Support launch planning, digital merchandising, and retailer-specific activations for new products and seasonal moments.
- Identify and deploy scalable Ecommerce enablement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate online assortment and influence channel strategy, supporting marketplace opportunity
Performance Analytics & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability to assess business health and uncover opportunities.
- Partner with Analytics to integrate insights into actionable plans that drive growth.
- Monitor competitive listings, pricing, and promotions to inform strategy and maintain the brand’s leadership position online.
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve operational challenges, ensuring optimal product availability and customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency for item setup, content updates, and campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Ecommerce, online retail, or digital merchandising, preferably in kitchen or consumer products.
- Deep understanding of retail.com ecosystems (Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Circana, Scintilla, or Power BI.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- This role requires Stamford, CT or Bentonville, AR office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
