The Junior IT Business Relationship Manager supports the Lead Regional IT BRM in managing the interface between IT and the Global Advisory business. The role ensures that technology services and applications are aligned to business priorities, operational standards, and evolving digital capabilities.
This position serves as a first point of coordination for day-to-day IT needs, helping triage issues, facilitate resolution, and escalate complex matters. It also plays a key role in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience, and technology adoption—particularly across AI-enabled applications and digital productivity tools.
The role supports the planning and coordination of a portfolio of technology initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, the IT Portfolio Manager, PMO, and global IT teams. Responsibilities include assisting with application ownership, maintaining documentation, tracking issues and changes, and translating business requirements into actionable IT deliverables.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with experience in investment banking, M&A technology, consulting, business analysis, or IT project coordination, with a strong interest in AI, data-driven tools, and modern enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Lead Regional BRM to support Global Advisory stakeholders and technology strategy, including AI-driven platforms, client lifecycle management systems, and Microsoft 365 productivity tools
- Act as a first line of coordination for IT queries, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely triage and escalation where required
- Support adoption and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions (e.g., workflow automation, knowledge tools, intelligent productivity platforms) including issue tracking, enhancement requests, and use-case documentation
- Assist in delivery of IT initiatives impacting Global Advisory, such as infrastructure upgrades, workstation refreshes, and application enhancements
- Prepare supporting materials for governance forums, including project updates, risks, issues, and incident reporting
- Ensure adherence to global IT governance frameworks, architecture principles, and security standards
- Support project delivery activities as a hybrid business analyst / project coordinator, ensuring solutions align with business needs and technical standards
- Assist in BAU application support coordination, including L1/L2/L3 support model alignment and vendor engagement where applicable
- Maintain and update documentation for applications, processes, and support procedures in collaboration with global IT teams
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Business Relationship Management, IT project coordination, business analysis, or similar stakeholder-facing technology role
- Experience supporting investment banking, M&A, or professional services environments strongly preferred
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, enterprise applications, CRM platforms, and digital productivity ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience supporting rollout, enhancement, or operational support of AI-driven or automation-based solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical use cases and functional specifications
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and stakeholder management
- Experience working with vendors and third-party technology providers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to operate across senior stakeholders and global teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Self-starter with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and enterprise automation
Estimated Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 Per Year
