- Collaboration: Coordinate with leadership to ensure operational continuity and asset upkeep.
Must-Have Skills and Attributes:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of direct building maintenance experience.
- Technical Certification: Must hold a current HVAC certification with at least 10 years of experience.
- Asset Management: Background in Class B product management with 20-year vintage properties.
- Portfolio Scale: Demonstrated history managing large-scale operations (1,000+ units or keys).
- Style: Proven capability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks, not just administrative oversight.
