We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to support a BlueCherry ERP environment and related business applications. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting BlueCherry, Simparel, Aptean, Exenta, or another comparable apparel/fashion ERP platform and understand the day-to-day systems and business processes within an apparel, fashion, footwear, wholesale, or consumer products organization.
This person will work closely with business users across Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Production, Distribution, and IT to troubleshoot application issues, support business processes, and ensure the ERP environment is operating effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day application and production support for BlueCherry ERP and related business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, workflow, and user issues.
Support key business processes including order management, inventory, purchasing, production, allocation, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
Work directly with business users to understand issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
Support EDI transactions and integrations between the ERP system, customers, warehouses, 3PLs, and other external partners.
Assist with system configuration, user setup, security, reporting, and application maintenance.
Monitor interfaces, jobs, transactions, and system processes and resolve exceptions or failures.
Coordinate with ERP vendors and third-party partners when additional technical support is required.
Assist with testing and validation of system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and fixes.
Create documentation and provide user training as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality.
Qualifications
Experience supporting an ERP or enterprise application within an apparel, fashion, footwear, wholesale, retail, or consumer products environment.
Hands-on experience with BlueCherry, Simparel, Aptean, or Exenta strongly preferred.
Understanding of apparel/wholesale business processes including order management, inventory, purchasing, production, allocation, fulfillment, and distribution.
Experience troubleshooting application and production support issues.
Familiarity with EDI and ERP integrations is highly desirable.
SQL knowledge or experience working with relational databases is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users.
Comfortable working in a hands-on application support environment and managing multiple priorities.
Estimated Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 Per Year
