A nationwide non-profit publishing company focused on helping people along their faith journey needed to develop it’s digital presence. We were initially referred to their CEO through a mutual connection in a executive coaching group. After a brief exploratory conversation we understood the importance of their business mission to reach a wider audience on matters of faith, hope, and prayer to affect a positive impact in today’s world. They needed a strong leader to drive their marketing initiatives, create an exciting digital experience, and curate a successful online engagement strategy.
We continued our conversations with their CEO and the SVP, Strategic Alignment to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives at large. Our team helped provide additional market insights and developed a recruiting strategy for an exclusive engagement to find and hire a digital marketing manager.
We started our search immediately and because of our deep relationships within the digital marketing space, we were able to present two exceptional candidates within two days of being engaged. Within a period of two weeks, they had interviewed both candidates and elected to bring them both back for a final round interview. They ultimately decided to hire one of them who started a month later. The whole process was completed in a little under two months!
Over the past several years, they have returned to our recruiting team for assistance as they’ve continue to grow their organization. We’ve supported them on various cross-functional searches including VP of IT, two eMail Marketing Leads, Sr. UI/UX Designer, and VP of Content Marketing. We’re presently engaged with them on a search for a Product Director, Digital Subscriptions.
