?We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a Distribution Center to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. On daily basics the Warehouse Supervisor check with others Supervisor with in the same Department for a handoff that needs to be completed before starting a new assignment.

· Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
· Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
· Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
· Ability to input, retrieve and analysis data
· Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Bi-lingual- Able to speak and understand (Spanish) is a plus
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Willingness to work extended days and weekends as business needs require
· Inventory cycles counts
· Scanned product in to locations· Check cut & sold for inventory in the As400 program for shortages
· Complete all incomplete orders and send to Floor Ready Department for processing
· Experience with Pick/Stock within a Distribution Center
· Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
· Strong Decision-Making Skills
· 3 to 5 years of Experience in warehousing
· Minimum 5 years of experience in managing people

Responsibilities but not limited to include
· Maintain a daily log of orders pick
·Respond to all E-Mails quickly an in a professional manner
· Conduct Monthly safety meeting with employees
· Organize and maintain inventory integrity as well as conduct cycle counts
· Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
· Able to work as a team player and coordinate activities with other departments
· Assuring quality of goods and keeping up with all special customer requirements
· Ability to adapt to changes and multitask
· Fulfill facility monthly and quarterly goals
· Determine staffing levels and assign workload
· Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Estimated Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
