We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manager of Training for the Blue Cherry ERP System. As the Manager of Training, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and delivering training programs for the Sales and Production teams. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive training for new employees on the Blue Cherry ERP platform, update the training manual to reflect system enhancements, and offer ongoing support to ensure the platform’s efficient and effective use. Furthermore, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful implementation of Blue Cherry for both new and existing customers.

  1. Develop Customized Training Curriculum:
    • Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to understand their specific training needs and requirements.
    • Design and customize training programs to address the unique needs of each department, ensuring optimal utilization of the Blue Cherry ERP system.
  2. Conduct Training Sessions:
    • Organize and conduct training sessions for employees, both new hires and existing staff, to ensure they possess a comprehensive understanding of the Blue Cherry ERP system.
    • Utilize various training methodologies and tools to facilitate effective learning, including workshops, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
  3. Update Training Manual:
    • Continuously review and update the training manual to incorporate new features, system updates, and improvements.
    • Ensure the training material is comprehensive, user-friendly, and easily accessible to all employees.
  4. Provide Blue Cherry ERP Platform Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Blue Cherry-related inquiries and issues from employees.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  5. Collaborate on Implementation Projects:
    • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth and successful deployment of Blue Cherry to new and existing customers.
    • Offer expertise and guidance during the implementation process to optimize system functionality and user experience.
  6. Monitor Training Effectiveness:
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and make adjustments to training approaches as needed.
  7. Stay Abreast of Blue Cherry Updates:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest enhancements, updates, and trends related to the Blue Cherry ERP system.
    • Incorporate new knowledge into training materials and sessions to keep employees informed about the latest system capabilities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in providing training and support for ERP systems,
  • Experience with Blue Cherry
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Production processes in the context of ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Continuous learner, staying informed about ERP advancements and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse learning styles and audiences.


Estimated Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 Per Year
