This role will work with the R&D, Merchandising and Marketing teams and lead business issue discussion, resolution definition and system implementation, and responsible for PJ outcome such as sales uplift, cost reduction and operation efficiency improvement.
This will require the understanding of business processes in product development / marketing. He/she is expected to collaborate with colleagues across regions (particularly US and Japan), across brands, building key partnerships both within the company and externally to realize change and results, as well as be responsible of aligning priorities with the senior leadership of the business group both in US and in Japan to deliver and scale results globally.

Job Description:

  • Proactively involve business stakeholders such as R&D, MD, MK team and lead business issue & resolution discussion, and responsible for project outcome
  • Lead business process improvement, system implementation and operation stabilization
  • Lead discussion between US and Japan IT organizations
  • Manage project outcomes (cost/schedule/quality)
  • Manage project budget and vendor contract negotiation

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ business consulting or system implementation experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in retail industry
  • Experience in business process analysis, issue identification and future business process development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
  • Experience in implementing DAM (Digital Asset Management) system.
  • Experience in implementing merchandising system.
  • Knowledge of fashion industry product development or marketing segment

Work Environment:

Estimated Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 Per Year
