We’re in search of an accomplished Ecommerce Site Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should boast a successful track record in Shopify and possess direct merchandising expertise in the fashion realm. As an Ecommerce Site Merchandiser, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer shopping journey on our ecommerce site, collaborating closely with marketing and merchandising teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the seamless execution of upcoming collections and product launches.
  2. Develop and maintain compelling product pages, incorporating product imagery, copy, pricing, and inventory details.
  3. Continuously analyze site metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales and boost customer engagement.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our site competitive.
  6. Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless site experience.
  7. Align with business objectives and brand direction to make swift and informed merchandising decisions.
  8. Regularly update the site with new products and collections, making adjustments as necessary to optimize sales and customer engagement.
  9. Understand and optimize Shopify’s search functionality to enhance on-site and off-site search results.
  10. Craft and manage content, including copy and metadata, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
  11. Support and refine SEO strategies, ensuring optimal setup of product and category pages for maximum SEO impact.


  • Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of direct merchandising experience in the fashion sector, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify, including deep knowledge of merchandising within the platform.
  • Direct merchandising experience, encompassing product development, pricing, inventory management, and product positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret site metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Quick decision-making ability to align site updates with business objectives and brand direction.
  • Creative thinking skills to differentiate products, create compelling site content, and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
  • Keen awareness of industry trends and best practices to ensure the site’s competitiveness and adaptability to evolving trends and customer preferences.


Estimated Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 Per Year
