- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the seamless execution of upcoming collections and product launches.
- Develop and maintain compelling product pages, incorporating product imagery, copy, pricing, and inventory details.
- Continuously analyze site metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales and boost customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our site competitive.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless site experience.
- Align with business objectives and brand direction to make swift and informed merchandising decisions.
- Regularly update the site with new products and collections, making adjustments as necessary to optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Understand and optimize Shopify’s search functionality to enhance on-site and off-site search results.
- Craft and manage content, including copy and metadata, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Support and refine SEO strategies, ensuring optimal setup of product and category pages for maximum SEO impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of direct merchandising experience in the fashion sector, preferably in ecommerce.
- Proficiency in using Shopify, including deep knowledge of merchandising within the platform.
- Direct merchandising experience, encompassing product development, pricing, inventory management, and product positioning.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret site metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
