Job Description:
- Configure, develop, implement, and maintain enhancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain
- Document software defects, report and obtain resolutions from software vendor or develop code fixes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize business processes
- Work with subject matter experts to transform business requirements into software solutions
- Administer Security and Access to Dynamics 365
- Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies to ensure software functionalities and integrations points are fully tested prior release to production
- Facilitate CRP, UAT and EUT
- Collaborate and lead the subject matter expert to define the scope of test suites
- Coordinate SME resources for testing
- Provide functional support to end users
Requirements
- BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
- Experience as technical and functional expert to complete 5 lifecycles of Dynamics 365 FSC implementations
- Extensive experience in documenting business requirements, creating functional design document, test suite and test scripts
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 FSC data migration framework
- Certified in Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate is a must
- Able to travel by air and/or ground 50%
