The VP, Enterprise Business Systems will develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive business systems strategy that supports the company’s business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security. The VP, Enterprise Business Systems will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s overall direction and execution of business strategy. The ideal candidate will need to be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The VP, Enterprise Business Systems must have an undeniable passion for technology and a desire to drive innovation and change within an organization.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP, Enterprise Business Systems will work effectively at “C” level with cross-functional leaders from around the globe to formulate multi-year strategies, supporting business systems
• Owns global business system strategy and implementation across multiple markets and geographies
• Develops strategy, owns, and manages the selection and successful implementation of all global business systems and supporting infrastructure
• Leads and mentors staff in various geographies and is adept at working in a multi-cultural, multi-time zone environment (includes business system program managers, systems analysts, system administrators, help desk, contractors)
• Owns, establishes, educates, and enforces IT Program Management across all business units to ensure budgeted programs hit feature, schedule, cost, and quality targets
• Change Management: Leads change management in support of technology initiatives; leads people and organizational shifts, ensuring that employees are engaged and invested in the change
• Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology changes, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and promoting the adoption of new technologies
• Owns all Business Systems including CRM, ERP, Billing, Accounting, HRIS, Finance, Consolidations, and building new Salesforce system
• Geographic Areas of Responsibility: U.S., Europe, Israel, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred
• Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals
• Heavy understanding of international systems, requirements, and managing global teams
• Proven experience partnering with business system vendors on system implementations and maximizing value as well as collaborating with departmental domain experts toward successful implementation and adoption
• Must be a proven, hands-on, player-coach – someone who can lead by example
• Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices; proven ability to lead change management efforts related to SaaS during a period of transformation
• Must be based in U.S., (preference to East-coast based) or Europe, with ability to travel internationally 30% of the time
• Fluent in Hebrew or Spanish a plus

Estimated Compensation: $250,000 Per Year
