Are you passionate about driving data-informed marketing strategies in the digital realm? We’re seeking a talented Marketing Data Scientist to join our dynamic team! If you’re ready to leverage your expertise in analytics, digital marketing, and data mining to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights and identify trends in customer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to optimize targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns, utilizing A/B testing methodologies to refine strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies to maximize results.
  • Extract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, Machine Learning, AI technologies, and ecommerce industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling techniques, and data integration.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, direct mail marketing strategies, and digital marketing tactics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, web analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in an ecommerce or retail environment preferred.
