A leading revenue cycle management company, needed to prepare to backfill their head of Information Technology (IT) to help modernize and transform their entire department. This was a confidential search. Their primary requirement was to find someone with strong leadership and collaboration skills, extensive contact center/telephone background, experience with cloud migrations, familiarity with credit card processing, security (PCI, HIPAA, email, network, etc.) and, experience managing a remote workforce.
