This was a global apparel brand that was sold to private equity firm. Our client was building out an IT org. The CIO was very open to candidates with domain expertise rather than specific tools and technologies. There was a real push to move quickly and target candidates within their industry who were seeking professional growth and the opportunity to expand their skill sets. We were very laser focused on quickly sourcing, screening, and delivering reputable professionals from the industry who also met their ideal candidate profile.
Solutions
We were able to place five candidates within a 90 day window (and all candidates had started within 90 days): Three product managers including one for supply chain, one for Human Resources (HR), and one for finance; a director of PMO; and, a manager of QA. The CIO was able to build out his A-TEAM!!
