Our client, a global lifestyle apparel company, with a portfolio of some of the world’s most iconic consumer brands, was separating from its parent corporation and doing a multi-year SAP implementation and stabilization project.
We worked with the CIO and his leadership team to help them build out their IT organization. We had worked with their CIO at three previous companies. After relocating to Greensboro, North Carolina for this CIO opportunity, he introduced us to the VP of HR and they selected us in an exclusive arrangement to support their own internal recruiting teams efforts.
Solutions
We launched both a local and nationwide targeted search for skilled IT candidates with the expertise they needed ranging from developers and project managers to networking and cybersecurity. It was also important that candidates were willing to relocate. These roles also ranged in seniority from Director of Order to Cash, Senior Manager Security Governance, Senior Manager Solutions Architecture, IT Manager Distribution Systems, and many others!
After partnering to understand his requirements, we launched a very targeted search. It was an extremely successful endeavor that ultimately resulted in our team filling 17 highly-specialized roles in under six months.
